1. Minimum warranty of 1 year and maximum of 3 years, depending on product item.

2. Replacing a new machine under DOA within 7 days additional conditions as following

    2.1 The machine must not have a printed number on the equipment and caused by normal use.

    2.2 The equipment must be complete and the box must be in new condition.

    2.3 The buyer must send the damaged equipment back to the service center before replacing the new machine.

Remark : The insurance counted starts from the date on the tax invoice received from the company. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Repair work in insurance

  • Repair completed within 7 working days (in case of spare parts for repair)

Product repair workout of warranty

  • In the case where the company inspects products under warranty and finds that they are in an abnormal condition. Will notify the customer that the product is out of warranty. For the following cases
    1. Is in abnormal condition such as cracked, broken, burnt, chipped, bent, collapsed, cracked, scratched, scratched
