WARRANTY

1. There is a back up machine stand by during repairing for the first 1 year by being the same model or compared to the old one.

2. Replacing a new machine under DOA within 7 days and 30 days with additional conditions as following

    2.1 The machine must not have a printed number on the equipment and caused by normal use.

    2.2 The equipment must be complete and the box must be in new condition.

    2.3 The buyer must send the damaged equipment back to the service center before replacing the new machine.

3. Customers can ask questions or report any problems 24 hours a day through the following channels:

4. There is a discount on spare parts 10-20% (according to the conditions of the company).

5. 2 years warranty on the machine / 1 year or 1,000 hours warranty on lamp (whichever comes first)

Remark : The insurance counted starts from the date on the tax invoice received from the company. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
