1. There is a back up machine stand by during repairing for the first 1 year by being the same model or compared to the old one.
2. Replacing a new machine under DOA within 7 days and 30 days with additional conditions as following
2.1 The machine must not have a printed number on the equipment and caused by normal use.
2.2 The equipment must be complete and the box must be in new condition.
2.3 The buyer must send the damaged equipment back to the service center before replacing the new machine.

Without any cost by using quality equipment and standards that are referenced directly from foreign countries in installation to give you peace of mind when using the company’s services.
Installation price starts at 3,500 baht (excluding HDMI cable) excluding VAT. The cost may change depending on the location and equipment used for installation.
Warranty for installation work for 1 year if the installed machine has a problem can contact the staff. The company will arrange a team of technician team to fix the problem within 3 working days (only in Bangkok and surrounding areas).

Every product before delivery to the customer’s hand will be inspected by a team of technicians to verify that the product will be delivered meet the standards as specified by Siamtech and Development Co., Ltd. in order to build confidence for customers who have been certified by the company to meet the standards.
